Refund and Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy for refunds and cancellations: 1. Cancellation by Participant: - Full Refund Period: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the course start date. - Partial Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course starts, you will receive a 50% refund. - No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund due to the resources already committed. 2. Transfer Policy: - You may transfer your registration to a future course instead of receiving a refund. This option allows for flexibility and encourages customer retention. - You can also transfer your registration to another person, should you be unable to attend. 3. How to Cancel or Transfer: - To cancel or transfer your booking, please contact us via email at hello@insiderthreats.com.au. 4. Refund Processing: - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
